Colleen went above and beyond to make my home buying experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. She listened to my feedback, was always able to get us in for showings, and was incredibly attentive to any and all of our requests. She knows the home buying process incredibly well & was able to break down & explain every part of the process - as a first time homebuyer, that was essential. I’d highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a great realtor.

I knew Colleen from teaching at Smith MS with her. Colleen was always available when we needed her and I could tell she always made us a priority. She was very flexible with meeting us and worked around my crazy schedule - she was willing to make time for us no matter how busy she was. She really showed us how important this was to her and how much she genuinely cares. I had high expectations for Colleen since I already knew her and she managed to still surpass them. Colleen is WONDERFUL!

I went to high school with Colleens sister and had a relationship with her family from several years back. Colleen reached out to us two years ago when we started looking at properties and was very patient & helpful in our exploration of a home that best suited our needs. We appreciated that when a property didn't suit, she never pushed us. We liked that even when our selection surprised her, Colleen respected our decision and made sure we saw it ASAP.

I heard that Colleen was the best so I contacted her after we got our pre-approval. She was always very interested in meeting our needs but also open with suggestions or ideas to help us look at all angles. No problems at all - the entire process was smooth!

I met Colleen by chance. She had a great idea at a bad time & now were homeowners. She worked a deal with our previous landlord to purchase the house we were renting and kept the deal together with all obstacles!

We reached out to Colleen through Facebook for a showing and really liked how she interacted with us from that showing. I cant say how much we appreciate her and all her hard work! She was there day & night, literally...sending texts at midnight, always quick to get us answers. Just always had our backs. Colleen does a great job, always happy, positive, explaining things so we understand, getting answers promptly, always there.

Colleen is a family friend by referral. She was genuinely out for our best interest. To this day, she continues to go above & beyond to make us feel at ease and helped.

Colleen absolutely went out of her way to help us and was available/easy to reach! She was wonderful, honest, and very down to earth. The purchase was FAST - I called about a home on 12/1, viewed it on 12/2, and settled on 12/14!

When we randomly called her up to see a house we were wondering about, she drove to us with no notice to show us that house. Another time she couldn't be there to show us a house and she lined up a very capable agent to be there in her place. Coming from NJ, we really appreciated all she did!!
