Meet Colleen Davis

I love all things real estate and I believe everyone deserves a place to call home. I am NOT in sales, I am in the business of relationships and making dreams come true! That's why I'm dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for those who start as a client and end as a friend. 

Buyers- Regardless if you are purchasing your first or ninety-first home, this is an exciting time and I would love to assist you to find the perfect one. I will provide you with a roadmap and a buyers guide that lays out the process from start to “keys.” 

Sellers- When selling your home, I put all of my efforts into getting you top dollar and the best terms. I realize that your home is one of, if not your largest investment and I make a commitment to you from start to a stress free settlement. I have created a sellers guide that touches on every detail to get your home ready. Although I am not certified in staging, I will use my passion for decorating to help you get your home ready for my photographer.

A little about your new REALTOR®/friend:

I grew up in Southern Chester County and have lived in Lancaster County for the past 19 years with my husband Eric, our son Joey, our daughter Madeline, and our 3 dogs. Our son just graduated from WVU and our daughter is a junior at Solanco.  In my spare time I enjoy traveling, cooking, reading, and entertaining. I put a strong value on family and community and I am extremely involved in multiple organizations.
